Trish Payne

Trish Payne is the Director of Strategic Partnerships. She has oversight of relationship management for Prudential’s top producing national and regional firms for Group Insurance. This includes thought leadership, Continuing Education programs and events. Additionally, she collaborates across Prudential’s US businesses, establishing key connections for overall producer development and growth with a focus on Financial Wellness. Trish’s team helps to support the Distribution organization in developing relationships at the regional and local levels.

Trish has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her broad knowledge and strong financial acumen have enabled her to develop beneficial, long-lasting relationships with brokers and consultants.

Trish is a member of the Black Leadership Forum where she serves on the Board as COO. Trish is also co-leading the Black Consumer initiative within Group Insurance.

Trish received a Bachelor of Science degree, with an emphasis on Healthcare Leadership from National Louis University. She also received a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Professional Counseling.  Trish is a member of the CALIBR Global Leadership Network.
