Stephanie Vander Zanden

Stephanie Vander Zanden is a global business leader with 20+ years of experience in leadership, talent development, business management, intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion. She began her career at Schreiber Foods in 1997, holding positions as Export Sales Representative, Managing Director of Schreiber’s Mexico business, General Manager of Latin America and Asia, and leading Schreiber’s International Human Resource function. Over the last four years, she has successfully developed and executed Schreiber’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy while working to integrate Schreiber’s culture of caring, ownership and partnership across the globe. Having travelled to over 50 countries throughout her career, lived on three different continents, and interacted regularly with partners throughout the world, Stephanie is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Stephanie has an MBA from Lakeland College, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Minnesota with bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Spanish/Portuguese.
