Priya brings deep expertise in strategy, talent development, and communication. As executive coach and organizational consultant for Prisept Strategies, she works with companies to create high performing, collaborative cultures that drive transformation within organizations. She also leads strategic operations for the Digital Products & Informatics division within DigITs at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, driving the organization’s efforts to drive agile, adaptable processes, talent operations, and hybrid work cultures.

Priya has served as a champion for promoting more diverse and inclusive cultures and has worked with clients and teams in Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and not-for-profits, across industries such as healthcare, finance, technology, and education.

Priya is a passionate advocate for promoting diversity and inclusiveness, as well as empowering women to develop an authentic presence and shatter glass ceilings.  She has conducted seminars and workshops, authored articles, and spoken at global events.
