Nichole Thompson is a SVP and Senior Project Manager for large-scale enterprise change initiatives. In this capacity, she serves as a Program Lead for a complex sub-component of a larger program, and is responsible for overseeing a group of change managers tasked with driving completion of critical milestones and facilitating the implementation of solutions for similar projects. She is a proven creative, strategic thought leader, and change agent focused on innovation and delivering positive employee and customer experiences.
Prior to her current role, Nichole was responsible for oversight, planning, and execution of Operational Excellence initiatives. In coordination with LOB process owners and SMEs, she drove continuous assessment and improvement of work processes and transformation within Enterprise Transaction Services.
Nichole was the Enterprise Co-Chair for BPG from September 2017 through June of 2021, and was instrumental in the foundational rebuild of BPG Enterprise which drives strategic priorities for BPG nationally, while overseeing and supporting 36 local BPG chapters in 4 regions. In 2018, Nichole created the BPG Enterprise Power of 10 Program which piloted in 2019. Since then, the Enterprise Program has engaged more than 700 Black Professional Group members.
Nichole joined Bank of America in February 2000, and has served in a variety of roles including sales management, operations management, process design, project management, and strategy execution.
Nichole graduated from Columbia Southern University (CSU) with a major in Organizational Leadership.
Nichole is a native of Richmond, Virginia where she resides with her family.
