Jackie Glenn is the founder and CEO of Glenn Diversity Inclusion & HR Solutions, which provides diversity& inclusion consulting, executive coaching and assistance to corporations implementing D&I strategies and best practices. Mrs. Glenn delivers strategic solutions and actively collaborates with clients to develop implementation plans that fit their unique needs.

She is the author of ​Lift As I Climb – An Immigrant Girl’s Journey Through Corporate America,​ where she shares how she went from nanny to Global Chief Diversity Officer for Dell/EMC, overseeing a workforce of 60,000 employees around the world. Mrs. Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Emmanuel College, and a masters degree in Human Resource Management from Lesley University. She currently sits on the boards of community and civic organizations such as the Children’s Services of Roxbury (MA), the African-American Museum of Boston, and the Overseers of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
