Cindy Moy

Cindy Moy is a Business Analyst Manager for Allstate Insurance Company, Northbrook, Illinois. She has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and has held several roles at Allstate including developer, managing testing, instructional design, process design and development, reporting and analytics. Throughout her career journey she has learned from a wealth of experience in working with diverse teams. Cindy has been very fortunate to work with Employee Resource Groups as a member and as the President of Allstate’s Asian Network(3AN).

It has been her goal to continue the energy and momentum built by former ERG leaders in which we enable any ERG member to excel professionally and build a safe space where one can bring their energy, enthusiasm and perspective to share with all.
