Tony Giannotti

Tony Giannotti is a Senior Associate for the DEI Strategy terrain on the Advisory team at Seramount. He is a big-picture, recklessly authentic, and radically inclusive professional with experience in social justice education. His responsibilities at Seramount include supporting DBP advisor presentations, and creating client resources.

Prior to joining the Seramount/EAB team, Tony served as the Graduate Assistant for Mentoring, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, where he earned his M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. In this role, he facilitated trainings for student organizations on DEI topics in the workplace, as well as mediated conversations between students and college leadership to assist in the development of a DEI Strategic Plan.

Claiming Salem, Massachusetts and Sarasota, Florida as his homes, Tony now lives in Washington, DC. He enjoys building community, reading, and spending time with his cat Mango and is an advocate for advancing awareness of Anti-Fatness in the Workplace.
