As a Director within Health Solutions at Alight Solutions, Siatta is responsible for leading her team(s) high-quality solution deliverables for all aspects of day-to-day operations ensuring customer and client satisfaction as well as the retention and expansion of the business.

About Me

As a 20-year colleague at Alight and an African American woman in management, Siatta is dedicated to the recruitment, growth and retention of minorities.  She is a valued member and contributor of Alight’s Inclusion and Diversity initiative, where she serves as the company’s Black Professional Network Leader for the Colleague Led Communities.  Siatta’s leadership and program implementations have led to the improvement of racial and ethnic diversity in the workplace.  Additionally, she is the Ignite Track Champion where she coordinates the recruiting, onboarding, coaching and development for interns and new hires in the Atlanta office and her business group.

Siatta is proud of her professional accomplishments within the company as they have allowed her to continually expand and grow colleagues internally as well as connect with clients where she is able to continuously challenge her teams on how to exceed quality standards and delivery.  Based in Atlanta, she started as a Business/Quality Assurance Analyst.  She was quickly promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, Lead Systems Analyst then advanced to a Project Manager in 2007 after obtaining her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).  Leveraging her operations strength, she moved into an Operations Manager position and was promoted Director in 2017.

Siatta graduated magna cum laude from Clark Atlanta University (CAU) with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  She is married and the proud mother of a CAU Alum.  Siatta is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service sorority and is active in her church. Siatta enjoys spending quality time with her family, mentoring young students, engaging in cultural festivities that honor her heritage and supporting non-profit causes that are near and dear to her heart.
