Peter Kouzmov

Peter Kouzmov is a VP of Diversity and Inclusion Learning at Wells Fargo.

He is responsible for leading the Diversity and Inclusion Learning Strategy for the company, and increasing its effectiveness in integrating diversity and inclusion into Wells Fargo’s DNA. Peter started working globally in the areas of diversity and organizational consulting after leaving a career in intellectual property in 2000.

He holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. A native of Bulgaria, Peter lives in San Francisco with his husband Maxlanio.
