Juliana Huffman is a Senior Associate, Assessment and Strategy at Seramount. Juliana holds an MA in Social Justice and Education from the University College of London, as well as a BS of Education in Youth and Social Innovation, and a BA in American Studies with a concentration on Race and Ethnicity from the University of Virginia. Before pursuing her master’s degree in London, she was a Research Associate on the K-12 Team at EAB. Juliana currently lives outside of Washington, DC, and enjoys kickboxing, trying out new restaurants, and volunteering with youth.


Keyanna Binmitende is a Relationship Manager on the Relationship Expansion Team at Seramount. In this role, she is responsible for service delivery of member benefits, partner engagement, and success plan development. Prior to this position, Keyanna served as the Senior Coordinator for Learning Solutions at Seramount focused on creating, designing, and implementing processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency. She performed data analyses and presented findings to drive partner impact.
Keyanna earned her BA in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University.

Amanda joined the Seramount team as Senior Director in early 2022 after its acquisition by EAB in August 2021. She brings a wealth of customer-focused experience, having served as a Relationship and Account Manager and Team Lead for over 15 years with EAB and its parent company, The Advisory Board Company. In this capacity, Amanda led initiatives related to client onboarding and diagnosing partner needs that contributed to EAB’s ability to retain over 90 percent of its partners, year over year. She also has experience working with more than 100 hospital clients, including the nation’s largest for-profit health care system, on talent development and change-management initiatives.
Amanda spent time as a social studies educator and has a keen interest in the social and systemic factors underlying DEI work. Amanda received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Furman University and a Master of Education degree from The George Washington University. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband, two children, and dog.

Amy Nakatani is the Senior Director of the Insight Analytics Team at Seramount, leading the administration, analysis, and reporting efforts for Seramount’s many DEI initiatives and indexes. This work provides benchmarks and insights that help companies assess their areas of strength and opportunities for improvement to further advance their DEI efforts and create a more inclusive workplace for their employees.
Prior to joining Seramount, Amy was the Director of Assessment, Measurement, and Insights in the Office of Data Analytics at the University of Colorado Boulder. In this position, she helped campus leadership utilize data to make informed decisions to help improve student and employee experiences. She has had a career in higher education that includes several director-level assessment roles as well as serving as a faculty member at CU Boulder and Carleton College.
Throughout her career in academia, Amy has had a commitment to improving DEI excellence in the workplace. At CU Boulder, she served on the Inclusion, Diversity and Excellence in Academics (IDEA) Council and the Chancellor’s Committee for Women, and she co-led a large-scale Campus & Workplace Culture Survey initiative that was administered to all students and employees. With almost 18,000 responses, this survey provided critical data necessary for understanding the variation in experiences of people across diverse identities, followed by use of this understanding to develop action plans for addressing these inequities and creating a more inclusive campus environment for all.
Amy’s work at Seramount allows her to continue combining her two passions: using her quantitative analytics skills and helping to improve DEI efforts in the workplace.
Amy holds a BS degree in Computational Mathematics from Michigan State University and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys the Colorado outdoors as well as binge-watching a great TV series.




James is a Managing Director and Head of New Partner Development for Seramount’s DEI Research Partnership. In this capacity he is responsible for supporting new partner organizations by setting them up for success in unlocking the value of the membership.
Before taking on the leadership of the New Partner Development team across all industries, James specialized in supporting Seramount partners in Retail, Hospitality and Sports, and also managed the development of Seramount’s Learning Solutions.
Prior to joining Seramount, James has worked within multiple industries across more than 30 countries with experience in technology applications for DEI, IT Accessibility, and advancing health equity and access. Additionally, James spent 10 years overseeing the development of the international research membership at EAB’s former healthcare division in Latin America, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
James resides in Miami, Florida, and in his spare time enjoys kayaking and other water sports as well as teaching HIIT classes.

Sarah Crump, SHRM-SCP is a director and membership relationship advisor at Seramount. Sarah joined Seramount after serving over 12 years at Freddie Mac within their Human Resources division. There, as a manager in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department, she was responsible for building partnerships across Freddie Mac’s business divisions to actively educate and motivate employees on the benefits of an inclusive culture. Driven by her passion for neurodiversity inclusion, she also played a pivotal role in launching the Neurodiversity at Work Program, a program designed to hire and support neurodivergent employees.
Sarah holds a BA in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Senior Certified Professional through Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Marcelo is a seasoned DEI executive with 20 years of experience. He has developed successful programs that increase diversity in multinational corporations. Prior to Liberty Mutual, he worked at Seramount as a Senior Director providing advisory services to clients.
Marcelo oversaw Diversity and Inclusion strategies for Sodexo in six Latin American countries and impacted 35,000 employees. He also spent two years working in Sodexo’s education business in North America.
He has worked as a consultant for catalyst.org, helping to implement DEI awareness programs in Latin America through partnerships with local non-governmental organizations.
Marcelo is a renowned DEI speaker, panelist, and expert. He’s skilled in creating inclusive cultures and workforces globally.
Marcelo is an organizational coach fluent in 3 languages. Originally from Santiago, Chile.
