Erika Casallas

An architect by profession, Erika has more than 20 years’ experience in leading facility management teams in companies including JLL, CBRE, where she managed contracts as Microsoft, JP Morgan chase at regional level.

Erika joined Sodexo four years ago as Director for Facility Management platforms, she has also worked for Sodexo as Regional Account Director for the company’s account with Pfizer. In April 2021, Erika was appointed as Regional Account Director for Sodexo’s Account with MSD in the LATAM región.

Erika is also the Chair for many initiatives relating to Diversity & Inclusion for Sodexo Colombia. Currently she leads the So Together program which aims to increase the participation of women in traditionally male-dominated roles within Sodexo’s operations. She is an active participant of the Inspiring Girls program, too, where she motivates girls between 10 and 15 years to pursue careers on STEM (Science, Technology , engineering Areas).
