Event Information

At a time when corporate inclusion functions are rapidly evolving across national and global landscapes, Seramount’s inaugural SEA Academy (SEA) invites executives from partner companies to join us as we reimagine and elevate this important work as a critical business strategy.

This custom five-session curriculum offers a dynamic and collaborative forum for Director+ level (or equivalent) inclusion leaders to elevate their expertise, strengthen strategic foresight, and engage with industry-shaping leaders. The program centers on Seramount’s proprietary research and subject-matter expertise, allows for peer exchange and learning, and positions participants to amplify their impact and influence.

Who Should Attend

Director level+ or equivalent professionals from Seramount partner companies and special guests. The cohort will bring together rising leaders who are evolving and expanding their influence in a rapidly transforming industry landscape.
