Intercultural competence is a critical workplace skill that strengthens communication, collaboration, and decision-making across teams. This highly interactive session equips employees at all levels with practical tools to build self-awareness of cultural values, practice perspective-taking, adapt behaviors in cross-cultural settings, and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Participants will engage in reflection, apply inclusive strategies, and create actionable commitments to integrate intercultural competence into their daily workplace interactions.
Upon completion of the session, participants will receive a badge of course participation.
