This initiative ascertains the progress of working parents and caregivers in corporate America by evaluating organizations that help employees integrate home and work life through family-friendly benefits, with an emphasis on paid parental leave, child and dependent care, caregiving leave, and mental health. By asking organizations to track employee usage of programs, we focus attention on achieving measurable results, which creates benchmarks of leading best practices.

This initiative collects inclusive, legally sound, forward-looking data across three key areas – workforce representation, best practices in recruitment, retention and advancement, and company culture. Questions are designed to measure what an inclusive culture truly means in this current climate, and how it drives organizational success. Data from this initiative provides insights to understand changes in your workforce, and implement strategies, based on benchmarked best practices, for improvement.
Global Talent and Inclusion Index

This application offers organizations the opportunity to assess their best practices and workforce profile globally, reporting data on a country-specific basis. Through a single application, you may participate in as many of the 30 countries as you choose.
