Seramount’s Workplace Practices Assessment, formerly the Annual Application, is a confidential assessment of your organization’s workplace practices, completed by members of your organization. It includes two options: the 100 Best Companies initiative evaluates family-friendly benefits and policies, while the U.S. Talent and Inclusion Index evaluates talent and inclusion practices. Your organization can participate in either initiative or both.

Use the findings to build internal business cases and determine which benefits or practices to strengthen. Once your results are available, Seramount advisors can help interpret the results, connect priorities to relevant research and support, and incorporate next steps into your partnership plan.
