Becky Kuehn

Award winning District Sales Manager, supporting biologic sales in Immunology, Becky is fundamentally a champion of people and advocate for better patient outcomes over 19 years in the industry.  Recognizing other medicines are not the competition, but the disease is, she passionately reframes the approach to Pharmaceutical Sales, as every study conducted goes Heat-to-Head with that formidable opponent.

A background in Biochemistry, Becky’s curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and courage to discover what is possible when you unlock the potential that lies in Authenticity, she has had several successful roles across the Mid-West and Pacific Northwest, including Sales, Training, Brand Development, Sales Leadership and now the Chair of Lilly’s Field Pride ERG.  Skilled in tactical thinking, problem solving and building relationships, her influential leadership style has created space for others to also live and work Authentically, because NORMAL is only a setting on the dryer after all.
