ERG Scenario Planning: Equipping Leaders for Critical Moments

Scenario planning allows leaders to simulate how they would react in the event of a complex situation that requires a cross-functional and multidisciplinary response, without being under the emotional and logistical pressure of an active situation. Simulating the ERG response when a real problem is not present allows ERG leaders and inclusion leaders to identify opportunities to codify their plan of response ahead of time and refine it as needed.
