As we saw the market’s response to this model, we decided to create The Seramount Employee Group Maturity Assessment to provide quantitative insights. This members-only maturity assessment is designed to support employee group Leaders, Executive Sponsors, Inclusion and Culture Teams, HR Business Partners, and C-Suite Champions.

The Seramount Employee Group Maturity Model Assessment is a strategic tool designed to help organizations evaluate, strengthen, and maximize the impact of their employee groups. It provides an insight-driven approach to measuring ERG effectiveness by identifying strengths and opportunities for growth.

How to Use It:

1. Complete the Assessment – Employee group leaders (at least two per group) answer structured questions to assess employee group maturity. There are 122 questions and takes approximately 45 – 60 minutes to complete.

2. Receive Your Results – Get an emailed breakdown of your group’s maturity level, highlighting key insights.

3. Take Action – Request a debrief with Seramount to explore opportunities where you can enhance ERG strategy.
