Age discrimination remains a hurdle for many older workers and it affects them in all stages of the talent lifecycle, from candidate experience to employee experience, and retirement. This guide, published in conjunction with May being Older Americans Month, aims to bring more awareness to age discrimination in the workplace and offers solutions on how to make sure your organization is age-inclusive. It also serves as an important reminder of the value older workers add to organizations.
