Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Robi Nevers is a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. In her role, Robi helps leaders develop and execute on strategies that attract talent internally and externally to open roles at Allstate. Her teams are accountable for the execution of the enterprise diversity strategy and for proactively sourcing and engaging with passive and diverse talent, building candidate pipelines for hard to fill roles across the company. The Campus team builds relationships with a wide variety of colleges, such as community colleges, Minority Serving Institutions, and 4-year Universities, recruiting talent for internships, rotational and apprentice programs, and entry level roles. They support these early career hires through mentorship, learning opportunities, and networking. Finally, Robi leads the Internal Mobility team that supports existing Allstate employees with their career search and moving to new roles.
Prior to her role in Talent Acquisition, Robi was an HR Business Partner supporting the Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures organization. Here she collaborated to develop and execute their talent management strategies, including those focused on increasing diversity representation, development, advancement and retention. During this time, she helped to grow relationships with several external diversity partners and was on the core team for the Women in Technology at Allstate employee resource group.
Robi began her Allstate career in 2001 in Finance. She progressed through several roles before moving to Human Resources in 2013 where she has held a number of various roles.
