Radhika Balasubramani

Radhika Balasubramani is a Director, Global Technical Operations in Merck’s Manufacturing Division at Merck & Co, Inc. Radhika has over 17 of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in pipeline and commercial vaccines and biologic products. She currently serves as the Technical product lead in Global Science, Engineering and Commercialization organization, and is responsible for providing end to end strategic & technical direction for pipeline oncology products at Merck. Prior to joining Merck, she worked on oncology products at Pfizer. She is the recipient of the 2022 HBA Rising star award from Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.  Radhika is also a DE&I Ambassador and global leader for Asia Pacific employee resource group (ERG) leading, coaching and mentoring multi-cultural teams. Radhika holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, India and Masters in Chemical Engineering from University of Wyoming.
