Rachel Kim Tschida is a Senior Manager on the Inclusion & Diversity team at Starbucks, based in Seattle. In her role, she leads the strategic integration of I&D throughout the organization, including Partner Networks (ERG’s), Accessibility, External Relationships, and Field Engagement. Prior to joining the I&D team, she worked on the Asia-Pacific regional marketing and brand management team and served on the board of the Pan-Asian Partner Network at Starbucks. She is passionate about merging her experience in I&D and the business to create systemic and sustainable change.

Rachel is currently serving on the board of the Asia Pacific Cultural Center based in Tacoma, WA, and previously served on the board of the Korean American Coalition WA. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and is currently completing an MPA in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
