Jacqueline LaBrocca, CMP, is the Senior Director, Conference Strategy at Seramount, where she oversees operations and logistics and co-leads event strategy for 20+ in-person and virtual events annually.

Prior to her time at Seramount, Jacqueline worked at Working Mother Media for over 20 years in Sales, Marketing, and Conferences. Specializing in meeting planning, project management, vendor/venue selection, and contract negotiation, she managed the delivery of hundreds of world-class Women’s Advancement and DEI events to thousands of people around the world.

Jacqueline received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and is a Certified Meeting Professional. She lives in the Hudson Valley region of New York with her husband and two very active children. Jacqueline enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling around the world, reading as much as possible, and volunteering in the community.

Lauren Scarcello is a Director of Revenue Operations at Seramount, and has been part of the Seramount team for more than 15 years. As Director of Revenue Operations, she oversees weekly sales forecasting, invoicing, and client fulfillment of deliverables. Lauren also works closely on the strategic planning and goal setting for the sales team and the organization.

Lauren graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Marketing and Communications. She currently resides in Westchester County, New York, with her husband, son and her black lab.

Lisa Elting is an innovative and value-driven executive experienced in executing strategies that deliver business growth and value.
She has worn many hats in her career: lawyer, sales manager, director, vice president, researcher, writer, and custom marketer and has traveled and gained expertise across industries: legal, media, online communities, globalization, SaaS technologies, and managed services. Among these, the best organizations were those in which corporate stewardship and accountability, innovation, and diversity of thought were highly valued priorities of the culture.
In her role as a Director of Relationships at Seramount, Lisa taps into her true superpower of connecting executives, DEI/HR leaders, and teams with relevant opportunities to meet the right people, drive business impact, and build more inclusive workplaces.
Prior to joining Seramount, she served as VP of Partnerships at theBoardlist, a Public Benefit Corporation and start-up tech platform, working to increase gender and racial diversity on private and public company boards. Lisa has also led business development and sales organizations for media and technology companies, including American Lawyer Media, Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Lionbridge Technologies, and Thomson West.
Lisa earned her JD from St. John’s University School of Law and received a BA in International Relations from Long Island University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She lives in northern California with her family of seven and wonder dog, Roxy.

Peggy Beane is a Senior Director of Partner Development at Seramount, leveraging over 15 years of experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space to provide consultative advice and strategic planning. Peggy has a proven track record of successful collaborations with industry leaders including New York Power, Con Edison, Exelon, First Energy, South Jersey Industries, and the NJ Economic Development Authority.

As a creative and collaborative leader, Peggy thrives in challenging and dynamic environments, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. Her values of integrity, empathy, and inclusion guide the way she conducts business, ensuring meaningful partnerships and lasting impact.
