Alicin Reidy Williamson is a global diversity and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience advancing equitable workplaces across entertainment, sports, fashion, politics, and philanthropy. She currently serves as Chief Diversity and Culture Officer at Yahoo and President of MAKERS.

In this role, Alicin leads global diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and culture for the company. She also oversees MAKERS and Built By Girls, two brands at Yahoo focused on gender equity in the workplace and access to STEM careers.

Alicin has been recognized with a commendation from the City of New York for women’s leadership, induction to the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders, and a “Woman of Influence” award from Essence Magazine, and several recognitions from the cable and telecommunications industry.

She currently sits as a board member of The Dalton School, She Should Run, March on Washington Film Festival, and is an advisor to the Council on Juvenile and Family Court Judges and chairs a joint collaboration of veteran service organizations, Hire Heroes, and Operation Homefront.

Samantha “Sammi” Powell (she/they) is an Associate on Seramount’s Advisory team. In her role, she supports the generation of insights and tools that help partners better support their employee resource groups and workforce talent. Additionally, they support the development and execution of Seramount’s ERG Impact Awards.

Sammi is driven by a long-standing passion for social justice, equity, and inclusion across different sectors. They have served as an organizer and panelist for youth advocacy & education, an inaugural D&I intern at a technology organization, and the first DEI fellow at a globally-focused nonprofit, where they developed inclusion-related programming for Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, and academia.

Sammi holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Afro-American Studies from Howard University (H-U!). She is based in Washington, D.C., and is originally from New Jersey. Sammi enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and playing video games in their free time.

Mic Felter (she/they) is a Senior Associate on the Seramount Advisory Team, where she supports organizations in strengthening ERG strategy and designing learning experiences that foster belonging and leadership development. Mic brings expertise in LGBTQ+ history, queer and gender theory, and leadership to work focused on inclusion, talent strategy, and employee communities.
Before joining Seramount, Mic spent nearly a decade in museum education, where they founded the first LGBTQ+ ERG at the country’s largest living history museum.
Mic earned a BA in History and a certificate in Public History from Christopher Newport University before pursuing an MA in Museum Anthropology at Columbia University.
Outside of work, Mic enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with their partner and four pets.

Jason Edwards is the founder of Providence Realty Investors and PRI Asset Management. Through Providence Realty Investors, Jason has been responsible for the development, asset management, and capital markets for several high-net-worth and family office real estate portfolios in the Southeast. Prior to founding PRI, Jason was responsible for the asset management of a $450MM portfolio of 11 market-rate value-add properties located across six states at Fairfield Residential. While at Boston Capital, he served as asset manager of a $400MM portfolio of 75 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in 15 states. Jason currently serves as a founding board member of the Atlanta based, Grove Park Foundation where he currently serves on the Governance Committee and in the past served as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee, led the audit process for 3 years, and Chaired the Governance Committee, President of the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Alumni Club of Atlanta, and is an active fundraiser and donor for Morehouse College, his alma mater. Also, he serves as Chairman and President of Juneteenth USA, a Houston-based nonprofit founded in 1979 by his late Father, State Representative Al Edwards Sr.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jason resides in Atlanta with his wife Denise, and daughters, Sidney and Sloane.

James Davis II is a dynamic strategist and people-centered leader with a career spanning corporate, nonprofit and educational sectors.  He has led initiatives in leadership development, community empowerment and inclusion.  For nearly five years, James has served as a Leadership Consultant at AAA, The Auto Club Group (ACG), where he also leads the African American Employee Resource Group.  In recent years, he has spearheaded impactful events including Juneteenth celebrations, Black History Month programming, Empower Hour sessions and more—to inspire and strengthen our communities further.

James earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Madonna University, an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, and is a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach and DiSC Practitioner.  His work is grounded in empathy, guided by data, and fueled by a desire to create greater access and opportunity for all.

Will Reeve is a New York based correspondent for ABC News, reporting for all platforms and shows including “Good Morning America,” “World News Tonight with David Muir,” and “Nightline.” At ABC News, Reeve has reported on a variety of stories and topics from 42 states, eight countries and counting. He has received multiple News Emmy nominations, including a nomination for Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in a Newscast for his coverage of a series of wildfires in California in 2019, and for Outstanding Live News Special for his role co-anchoring the ABC News Live special “Mission to Mars: Live” in 2022.

Reeve also created, wrote, and hosted the ABC News Studios primetime special “Will Reeve: Finding My Father,” in which Reeve explored the intergenerational bonds between fathers and sons and parents and children as he followed the migration of the Pacific grey whale in the same remote locations in Alaska and Mexico as his father had done thirty years earlier.

Dr. Sampson Davis is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, bestselling author, and nationally recognized speaker on health, leadership, and resilience. He has appeared on major media platforms including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, Anderson Cooper 360, The View, NPR, and Tavis Smiley, and has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, O Magazine, and Black Enterprise. Dr. Davis is the co-founder of The Three Doctors Foundation and co-authored The Pact, We Beat the Street, The Bond, and The Stuff, a book that helps individuals unlock strength through adversity. A recipient of Seton Hall University’s ‘Many Are One’ Distinguished Alumnus Award and the Essence Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Davis is widely regarded for his contributions to medicine, education, and community empowerment. He continues to practice emergency medicine while delivering keynote speeches nationwide on perseverance, purpose, and leadership.

Cat Frenzel (she/they) is a Senior QA Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), where they focus on building robust, automated testing frameworks that ensure security and seamless user experiences. Beyond their technical expertise in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and driving automation coverage, Cat is a passionate advocate for workplace equity. As a leader within their company’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, they bridge data and empathy—developing metrics to track the success of diversity initiatives while fostering an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. They are thrilled to bring their unique perspective on leadership, technical excellence, and community-building to today’s webinar.

Cornell Pineda is a Director of Product at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he leads Search & Discovery experiences across a global portfolio of direct-to-consumer Brands Ecommerce sites. With 15+ years of experience in product management, Cornell specializes in ecommerce innovation, AI-powered customer experiences, and digital transformation at scale.

In addition to his professional role, Cornell serves as a Co-Chair of The Estée Lauder Companies’ wELCome Employee Resource Group, where he helps lead global programming, community engagement, and initiatives that foster LGBTQIA+ visibility, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. Passionate about storytelling, mentorship, and authentic leadership, he brings both a technology and human-centered perspective to conversations around workplace culture and equity.

Tomas Howard is a dedicated healthcare construction project manager based in South Bend, Indiana, where he brings a wealth of expertise to the Beacon Health System. With a career spanning over two decades, Tomas leverages a strong operational background—including 16 years in senior retail management at Verizon—to oversee complex facility initiatives.

He holds an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his commitment to precision, safety, and operational excellence in high-stakes hospital environments. Beyond his technical responsibilities, Tomas is a passionate advocate for workplace inclusivity, having served as Co-Chair of the Beacon Pride Employee Resource Group since 2021. Throughout his career, he has consistently balanced strategic leadership with a community-focused approach, ensuring that every project enhances both organizational efficiency and the patient experience.
