Kate is Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions where she leads ERGs and oversees all inclusion, diversity, and equity work. Having only launched its DEI work and ERGs in 2021, Kate has focused on sustainable growth in her two and a half years at CCC, including expanding from four to six ERGs, establishing governance policies for ERGs, leading the Diversity Advisory Council, facilitating IDE-focused employee development, and most recently launching CCC’s inaugural philanthropy strategy.

Prior to joining CCC, Kate spent six years at a global consulting company where she played a pivotal role in the launch of its global DEI practice, including both client-focused DEI consulting as well as employee-supporting internal DEI practices. Prior to this, Kate’s focus was heavily in the nonprofit education and international development spaces supporting partners in East African and Central and South America.

Leslie Banks is a leader that takes her commitment to inclusion seriously, it’s as if she was born for this work. At a very early age Leslie had experiences that shined light on difference, access and equality, which were a driving point for her professional career.

Leslie has served in various human resources leadership roles at Fortune 500 and private organizations such as CDW, Walgreens, and HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois). She currently holds the role of Sr. Director of Global People, Inclusion, leading a global team at McDonald’s. Her focus is to drive McDonald’s inclusion ambitions and instill principles and practice within the McDonald’s culture, systems and processes. As a human resource leader, she is accustomed to defining the strategy, implementing fresh ideas, and managing programs that have enabled these organizations to reach business objectives. Leslie is committed to creating solutions that are not only practical but sustainable.

Outside of work Leslie is a twenty-five-year active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, presently serving as president leading over 250 members of the Eta Xi Sigma alumnae chapter of Oak Lawn, IL.

Leslie Banks is a proud alumnus of Elmhurst University, with a degree in Communication Studies and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University. She is a native of Chicago and lives in the southwest suburbs with her husband Quincy B. Banks and boxer, Deuce. She enjoys traveling, journaling, and watching all the Marvel movies in sequence. Her favorite McDonald’s item is Hi-C orange or a sausage biscuit for breakfast.

Lord Dr Michael Hastings of Scarisbrick CBE is an Independent Peer in the House of Lords. He is the Chairman of SOAS University, London and the recent Chancellor of Regent’s University London; he is the Professor of Leadership at the Stephen R Covey Institute, Huntsman Business School, USA; a Non-Executive Director at Saxton Bampfylde, the Executive Search firm and is the recent Chair of the London Chamber of Commerce Black Business Association & a former director/trustee of the National Institute of Teaching as well as being currently an NED on Cornerstone VC Fund. He is the Patron of The Black British Theatre Award. He is the new Chair of the Pathway Fund – a dormant assets fund for black & minoritized communities.

He is also a Vice President at UNICEF UK, an Ambassador for Tear Fund and Chair of the Council of ZANE (Zimbabwe Aid) and a former trustee for the Africa Philanthropy Foundation. Lord Hastings was formerly Head of Public Affairs at the BBC and their first head of Corporate Social Responsibility 1996-2006 having done live political presenting for two years previously. He then moved to KPMG as the Global Head of Citizenship for KPMG International 2006 – 2019 and was a Trustee of the Vodafone Group Foundation 2008-2019 and subsequently remains a Governor of the Vodafone/Safaricom M-PESA Academy in Nairobi for 600+ of Kenya’s poorest children. He also served as an NED on BT’s Responsible Business Board 2007-2016. He is an enthusiastic advocate for the SDG’s-the 17 Sustainable Development Goals the world must reach by 2030 to give dignity to all.

Lord Hastings began his career as a teacher in 1980 having graduated in Theology from the London School of Theology in 1979 and then from Westminster College Oxford in Education in 1980 & then from 1986 worked across government agencies on policies to build racial equality, workforce development, and safer and more effective crime prevention strategies. He was the founder and Chairman of Crime Concern from 1988 to 2009 and then founded CATCH22 as a merger and remains Vice President and he was the longest serving Commissioner for Racial Equality from 1990 to 1999 and the first Black member of the Metropolitan Police Committee from 1994. He is the co-founder of My Brothers Keeper – a voluntary direct engagement work started in HMP Swaleside 9 years ago and serving 12 prisons from YOI to Cat A,B &C prisons.

He was conferred with a CBE for his services to crime reduction in 2003; a Peerage in 2005; The UNICEF Global Award in 2005 for his tireless work effective positive solutions for Africa’s children; a Doctorate in Civil Law from the University of Kent, Canterbury in 2014 in recognition for his leadership at KPMG, the BBC and for his work in international development and corporate responsibility and in 2019 was the first ever recipient of the Stephen R Covey Leadership Award for a life built on principles, values and pragmatic delivery.

Tiffany Yu is the CEO & Founder of Diversability, an award-winning entirely disabledrun and led social enterprise to elevate disability pride, and a content creator with 200k + followers across platforms. She is a 3x TEDx speaker and has been named a TikTok API (Asian & Pacific Islander) Trailblazer, a LinkedIn Top Voice in Disability Advocacy, and a Well+Good Changemaker. Her first book, The Anti-Ableist Manifesto, will be published by Hachette Go in Fall 2024.

Tiffany has helped to invest over $170,000 in disability initiatives through the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter and the Disability Empowerment Endowed Fund at
Georgetown University. She has been featured in Marie Claire, the Guardian, and Forbes. She started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and has also
worked at Bloomberg and Sean Diddy Combs’ REVOLT Media & TV. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s from the London School
of Economics. At the age of 9, Tiffany became disabled as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her father.

Ami Vitale’s career stands as a testament to her deep dedication to documenting and addressing global crises. As an acclaimed National Geographic photographer, writer, and documentary filmmaker, as well as the founder of Vital Impacts, Ami has consistently spotlighted critical issues affecting our world.

In addition to her journalism and filmmaking, Vitale is the founder and Executive Director of Vital Impacts, a non-profit organization that leverages the power of art to inspire and mobilize youth as agents of change. Vitale and her non-profit have raised over $5 million to support vital conservation projects.

Ami is an honorary fellow of the Royal Photographic Society and a recipient of the prestigious Lucie Humanitarian Award, the Missouri Honor Media for Distinguished Service, and an inductee into the North Carolina Media and Journalism Hall of Fame. She has also received the Daniel Pearl Award for Outstanding Reporting, been named Magazine Photographer of the Year at the International Photographer of the Year awards, and is a sixtime recipient of World Press Photo awards. Instyle magazine featured her alongside Jane Goodall and Ruth Bader Ginsburg in its series “Fifty Badass Women,” celebrating women who exemplify courage and action. Ami is currently
serving as Conservation International’s 2023/2024 Lui-Walton Innovators Fellow. A sought-after speaker, she continues to share her experiences and insights with audiences worldwide, and in 2025, she will be featured on the National Geographic Channel Explorer TV series.

Sarah Eagle Heart (Oglala Lakota) is an Emmy award winning storyteller and entrepreneur whose perspective is rooted in her experiences growing up on the Pine Ridge
Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Ms. Eagle Heart is an internationally accomplished executive with a diverse background in tribal, corporate, and non-profit organizations focused on cultural education, advocacy, and healing with a unique vantage point and desire to shift culture and amplify impact.
Ms. Eagle Heart currently focuses in the areas of education, entertainment and energy with True Enterprises. She co-founded Zuyá Entertainment with Twila True and will direct her first documentary feature in 2023. She also supports tribal relations and business development with TrueAnarock on renewable energy. Ms. Eagle Heart is also a co-founder and strategic advisor to Return to the Heart Foundation, a non-profit focused on supporting innovative Indigenous women-led initiatives.
Her most recent accomplishments include publishing a personal development memoir in 2023, Ms. Eagle Heart published a personal development/memoir with her twin sister titled Warrior Princesses Strike Back: How Lakota Twins Fight Oppression and Heal through Connectedness; Executive Producer of award nominated documentary feature film Lakota Nation vs United States which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2022; and contributing to feminist anthology This is How We Come Back Stronger published in the UK and US in April 2021. Over her career, Ms. Eagle Heart has co-created advocacy campaigns with Anne Hathaway, John Legend, Mark Ruffalo, Taboo, The Episcopal Church, Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition, the Obama Administration, World Council of Churches, and Women’s March.

Ms. Eagle Heart is the former CEO for Native Americans in Philanthropy (2015-2019) which focuses on increasing investment in Indian Country through education, engagement and empowerment. Her projects included: transitioning the Generation Indigenous initiative from the Obama Administration to the philanthropic sector in 2016; co-creating Indigenous Women Rise which inspired 1000 indigenous women to march in Women’s March on Washington, DC in 2017; co-created the StandNVote PSA with Mark Ruffalo, and created the Truth and Healing Campaign utilizing The Blanket Exercise. She also worked with Baobab Studios and Get Lifted to develop a virtual reality project titled “Crow: The Legend” in which she shared her voice for Luna, along with John Legend, Oprah, Liza Koshy, Constance Wu, Tye Sheridan and Diego Luna with narrator Randy Edmonds (Caddo/Kiowa). Ms. Eagle Heart also won an Emmy as a producer “Crow: The Legend” at 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Interactive Media.

Ms. Eagle Heart is also a former member of the staff of the Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church headquartered in New York City (2009-2015) where she served faith-based communities internationally as a Program Officer for Indigenous Ministries and Team Leader for Diversity, Social Justice, and Environmental Ministries. She focused on supporting asset based community development, healing and cross sectional public policy initiatives with tribal leaders for over a decade, including sparking the world-wide movement to Repudiate the Doctrine of Discovery in 2015.

Ms. Eagle Heart began her career working for almost five years at Viejas Casino and Outlets in Marketing and Advertising (2001-2005). She focused on events, promotions and communications. Ms. Eagle Heart’s experience working at grassroots nonprofits, corporate tribal organizations, and large international non-governmental organizations has allowed her the unique vantage point to amplify impact. In this current post genocide era in which history with Indigenous Peoples has been omitted from most school systems, she shares cultural knowledge to help organizations understand and navigate the essential need for advocacy, cross-cultural communication, collaboration, education, healing, mutual respect, and partnership for Indigenous Peoples.

Ms. Eagle Heart is a 2019 winner of the American Express Next Generation Leadership Award, as well as a winner of the 2017 National Center for the American Indian Enterprise and Development 40 under 40 Award. Ms. Eagle Heart holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and American Indian Studies from Black Hills State University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in global management from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Eagle Heart is currently serving on the board of directors for the PRISM Reports and The Women’s March. She is also a co-founder of the Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition.

Margot Slattery is the Global Group Head of Social Sustainability at ISS World Services, headquartered in Denmark. She leads the company’s efforts to become a global leader in social sustainability, implementing and aligning social initiatives that fall under the ESG agenda and beyond, applying social impact to employees and a wider society.

She also promotes diversity and inclusion across cultures, ethnicities, abilities, gender, sexual orientation/LGBTQ+, and generations. Margot began her career as a chef before transitioning into management, eventually becoming CEO in 2012 and Country President in 2015 of Sodexo Ireland. Her experience in evolving workplace standards led her to the role of Global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with Sodexo Group, where she co-founded and signed Ireland’s first Diversity Charter.

Margot joined ISS World Services in May 2021. She served as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging until 2024, when she transitioned into the role of Global Head of Social Sustainability, expanding her scope of responsibilities and influence.

Margot lives with her wife Sarah in Dublin and Leitrim, Ireland. In her leisure time, she enjoys dining out, meeting friends, watching rugby, learning golf, walking, reading, and engaging with her local community.
