With more than 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, capital execution, supplier relationship management, and organizational transformation, she has led teams supporting billion-dollar capital portfolios and delivering significant value through category strategies, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Ilka is passionate about building high-performing teams, advancing supplier diversity, and creating sustainable business impact through collaborative leadership and data-driven decision making. Her leadership philosophy is simple: diversity is strength.
