Taylor Mallory is a Relationship Manager on the Relationship Expansion Team at Seramount. In this role, she is responsible for partner engagement and the delivery of membership benefits. Prior to this position, Taylor served as a student affairs professional focused on student development, engagement, and success. She holds a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech and an MA in Higher Education from George Mason University. Based in the DC area, Taylor enjoys visiting museums, trying new restaurants, and traveling.


Jon Veasey-Deters is a Senior Research Analyst on the Insights team at Seramount. In his role, Jon supports Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative members with custom research on current topics such as keeping DEI strong in volatile times, Gen Z talent in the workplace, and Generative AI’s role in the talent lifecycle. He also supports Diversity Best Practice members with on-demand research on topics of interest. Prior to this role, Jon worked on the short-term K-12 research team at EAB.
Jon graduated from Wesley Theological Seminary with a Masters of Theological Studies and the University of Virginia with a BA in Political Science. He currently lives in Arlington, Virginia and in his free time enjoys cooking, pursuing his sommelier certification, and traveling.


Ebony Grover is a Senior Director of Relationships at Seramount, where she works closely with CDOs, CHROs, and DEI teams at Fortune 500 companies to support the development of inclusive workplace cultures. In her role, Ebony provides consultative guidance, helping partners successfully integrate DEI initiatives into their organizations for long-term success.
With over a decade of experience, Ebony’s background includes an undergraduate minor in Women’s Studies and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Stony Brook University. This combination of education and experience has shaped her skills in sales team development, leadership, and client relationship management.
Before joining Seramount, Ebony served as a Senior Director of Client Solutions for an international consulting firm in the DEI space, where she led a team of sales professionals and contributed to growing client portfolios and fostering new business opportunities.
Outside of Seramount, Ebony is a fitness studio owner and certified Barre instructor, reflecting her commitment to health and wellness. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading, and is dedicated to making a positive impact on behalf of women and BIPOC communities. Ebony lives in Tampa, FL, with her husband and their four children.




Meredith McNeill is the Senior Director of Insights at Seramount. In this role, she develops stakeholder education and provides decision and implementation support to Chief Diversity Officers on their most pressing issues.
Prior to joining Seramount, Meredith led the K-12 research design and discovery team at EAB. She has extensive experience in education policy and execution at the federal, state, and local levels. Meredith has served as a policy advisor in the U.S. Senate, an advisor to large urban public school districts, and a management consultant. She began her career as a middle school teacher in Philadelphia.
Meredith holds degrees from Syracuse University and the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her family.


Eunice reports into TD’s Global Diversity & Inclusion team, which oversees and manages the strategic development and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs enterprise wide.
Eunice has been with TD for almost 28 years. Her breadth includes leadership roles within the contact centre, retail experience as a branch manager, roles in Corporate Citizenship with portfolios focused on diversity and financial education, and oversight of TD’s enterprise exercise and testing program within Risk Management.
As Chair of the TD North American Chinese Employee Network, Eunice has oversight of programs aimed to help support employees who identify with the Chinese community, which include colleague development, and community engagement. She also serves as Chair of the TD United Pan-Asian Employee Group – their overall mission is to promote inclusion and cultural awareness; advocate and address anti-Asian racism issues; and partnering with Ascend Canada and U.S. to develop the full potential of Pan-Asian colleagues.
