Natasha Martell Jackson

Natasha Martell Jackson is the Director of Social Equity and External Affairs in Intel’s Global Diversity Inclusion and Social Impact group. She leads Intel’s Social Equity strategy mobilizing technology, employee expertise and philanthropy to address systemic barriers and advance equitable outcomes. Natasha also co-leads the Alliance for Global Inclusion, an industry coalition committed to combining the collective power and resources of its companies to advance inclusivity and equity in the workplace and society.

In her 20+ years at Intel, Natasha’s leadership experience includes manufacturing operations, external relations, and global program management. Her accomplishments include leading gender equity initiatives in South Africa bringing digital access to girls and women in rural communities.

Natasha earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University.
