Matt is a Digital Transformation Director within Mars’ Petcare business. He is an experienced in large global transformations, with over 20 years’ experience, split across Mars and Consulting. He has a successful track record of delivering business change through digital transformation, working in partnership with business functions to drive valuable outcomes. He has worked on and led large scale transformation programs, with annual spends in excess of $60m and teams of over 300 people, to deliver multi-million dollar benefits. A recognised leader in Digital Transformation, he has a passion for people, teams and driving valuable change through a deep understanding of the core business.
Matt is also neurodivergent, having been diagnosed with dyslexia at an early age. At Mars he is one of the co-leads of NeuroConnect, a cross segment of the Neurodiversity Associate Resource Group (ARG).
