Kay is currently a Sr. Analyst – Program & Project Management with VCG – Service Channel Readiness and Operations Support working with the Pricing and Promotions team.  She began her career with Verizon in July 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist and quickly moved to the Tech group. As a Tech Expert, Kay participated in several projects including Samsung Champion, Your Voice Matters, CRT, Emerging Leaders and acting care supervisor. Kay has her MBA with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kay is dedicated to Verizon’s commitment to provide a diverse, equitable and inclusive world by being active in Verizon’s Employee Resource Groups and is currently the Global Communications Chair for Verizon BOLD.
