Karen Foote

I am a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates working as a Product Delivery Manager for the Developer Services Group. In this role, I lead  a multidisciplinary engineering product team alongside our engineering managers leveraging an agile framework, working with product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver the product roadmap all while cultivating an environment and culture for the team to thrive. 

A global mindset enables me to approach situations with a broad perspective. Active listening allows me to understand and appreciate differing viewpoints. I value constructive discourse and disagreement to arrive at the best outcomes. Embracing these qualities, I can navigate complex and challenging situations with ease and effectiveness. 

I have 20+ years of industry experience and hold several Scrum Alliance certifications including Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master and Product Owner, Advanced Certified Scrum Developer, and Scrum Foundations Educator. I am a two time Corporate Best Award recipient. for In August 2023, I completed my Masters in Management – Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland. I am the current Maryland co-chair of VALOR, the firm’s Veterans Business Resource Group supporting DEI. Additionally, I have served as an industry mentor for the Center for Women in Technology for the University of Maryland Baltimore County and for T. Rowe Price’s Women in Technology group.
