Jessica Posey

Jessica Posey is the Director of US Investment and Research Liaisons at T. Rowe Price. She is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, currently serving as the chair of PRIDE and having previously led committees dedicated to enhancing TRP’s collaborative culture at a Business Unit level. Jessica oversees Investment Liaisons supporting Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and Private Asset Management Investment Staff, Research Liaisons supporting Fixed Income Research Staff and Proxy Liaisons supporting Corporate Governance processes. As part of the Global Investment Operations organization, Jessica’s teams are responsible for delivering investment strategy expertise and serving as a vital resource to key front office stakeholders and partners around the firm. Her commitment to DEI and strategic alignment across diverse investment disciplines enhances the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional value to clients, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
