Jessica Jolly

Jessica began with Sephora in 2017 when they embarked on their journey to hire those with a disability for integrated employment in the Olive Branch, MS Distribution Centers. Now, she is the Accessibility Manager, providing direct oversite and support to four distribution centers who now are running the program. Jessica also leads the All Abilities Hiring Task Force, which is in place to help with the expansion of the program and other disability initiatives across the organization. Most recently, she helped to launch the newest employee resource group, SephorAbility, whose mission is to empower employees with disabilities, their families, and allies at Sephora.
