Jasmine Scott

Jasmine Scott (she/her) is a Relationship Manager at Seramount, partnering with member organizations to strengthen inclusive workplace strategies and drive meaningful value from their membership. She brings several years of experience supporting corporate partners across industries. In her role, Jasmine works closely with corporate leaders to apply research, benchmarking, and advisory insights to real-world challenges.

Jasmine holds a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Studies from Salem College. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring thrift shops and flea markets around the DMV.
