Christopher Vaeth

Christopher Vaeth is Associate Director for USI/RPS Capabilities within T. Rowe Price’s Global Distribution Division leading sales discipline and process innovation initiatives across the enterprise. He also serves as the Operating Sponsor for the global Client Journey program focusing on enhancing the End-to-End client experience and enterprise capabilities. He is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, having been a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s Baltimore Pride BRG prior to joining T. Rowe. At T. Rowe Price, he served as Global co-chair of Pride, focusing on amplifying associate voices and fostering meaningful conversations. His entrepreneurial spirit drives impactful programming, events, and content development, nurturing a vision for inclusion and equity. Christopher’s commitment to DEI is evident through his active involvement in BRG work, creating spaces that enhance participation and advocacy.
