Anita Lee Wright

Anita Lee Wright is a Senior Manager of Business Development responsible for leadership on business acquisitions for Northrop Grumman, a leading global aerospace, defense and security company.

Her commitment to workforce engagement and valuing the talent of all employees is exemplified by her leadership in the development and sustainment of diversity inclusion and Employee Resource Groups. With a masters in Educational Psychology and certification in corporate responsibility, she engages with executive leadership, business development and multiple functional organizations within Northrop Grumman to build a diverse workforce, inspire innovation, and value the abilities of employees.

In recognition of her passion for mentoring and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities, she was inducted into the Susan M. Daniels Mentoring Hall of Fame. As a Secretary of Health and Human Services appointee, she is a board member of the California Committee for Employment of People with Disabilities and advocate for disability inclusion.
