Alina Vela is a Talent Acquisition leader with 15 years of experience focused on sourcing, developing, and retaining top talent. Currently a Senior Program Specialist based in Plano, TX, she manages the FlexPath program and Military Programs & Partnerships, driving program management, recruiting strategies, partnerships, and operations that build diverse talent pipelines and career pathways.
