T. Rowe Price
Leaders from T. Rowe Price’s Pride ERG will share success strategies from their PRIDE Career Circles mentoring program aimed to help employees navigate their careers and retain talent at the firm.
The PRIDE Career Circles initiative addresses the challenge of fostering community and belonging among LGBTQ+ associates and allies while supporting career progression and professional development. This program creates a safe space for mentorship, coaching, and organic mentor/mentee relationships, engaging associates with resources for career navigation and inclusive dialogue.
Facilitated by PRIDE leadership with support from TRP senior leadership, DEI partners, and PRIDE’s Executive Sponsor, Career Circles are held twice annually. These cross-business unit, inclusive conversations feature guest speakers and moderated discussions, focusing on career phases: Early Career, Mid-Career, and Advanced.
The initiative has expanded while maintaining trust and emphasizing the associate experience. Feedback shows high satisfaction and engagement, with 96% rating the experience as “Excellent” or “Good” and 100% likely to attend future sessions. Key takeaways guide future topics and discussions, demonstrating the program’s scalability across industries.
