Erika Coleman (she/her/hers) is a Vice President in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Goldman Sachs. She has previously held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition at the firm, including globally leading our diversity recruiting efforts, but is especially passionate about creating inclusive workplace cultures. Erika currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Council for Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (LEDA) and on the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board for Jersey City.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri.

Jess Kramer is Associate Director, Event Programming at Seramount, developing impactful live experiences that shift mindsets and accelerate inclusion. At Seramount, she leads the content curation and manages programming for Seramount’s annual member and non-member marquee events advocating for diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace. She determines program themes, designs and develops agendas, and identifies, secures, and preps 100+ speakers annually for Seramount’s virtual and in-person conferences that reach audiences of up to 2,000 people each across a wide variety of industries.

Jess is also a writer and public speaker on the topics of neurodiversity and disability inclusion in the workplace. Prior to working in events and management consulting, she worked as a writer, researcher, and editor.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Jess enjoys live music, theater, and dancing; walking dogs at her local animal shelter; escaping the city to hike, kayak, and swim; and traveling around the world.

As KPMG’s US Chief of Staff for Healthcare, Dan works closely with our audit, tax, and advisory leaders to co-ordinate everything we do to support the healthcare industry. A critical part of his role is connecting our clients in the healthcare sector with the best person at KPMG to support their needs, whether in the US or globally.

His role also includes industry strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, providing targeted industry insight to senior clients and KPMG’s leadership, and working closely with our marketing team to coordinate internal and external events in the sector.

Dan leads KPMG’s community for neurodivergent colleagues, which forms part of our Abilities in Motion business resource group for people with disabilities. Before joining KPMG St Louis office in 2020, Dan spent fifteen years serving the transportation sector in our London office and was co-chair of our UK business resource group for people with disabilities.

Haley Moss is a lawyer, neurodiversity expert, and the author of four books that guide neurodivergent individuals through professional and personal challenges. She is a consultant to top corporations and nonprofits that seek her guidance in creating a diverse workplace, and a sought-after commentator on disability rights issues. The first openly autistic lawyer in Florida, Haley’s books include “Great Minds Think Differently: Neurodiversity for Lawyers and Other Professionals” (ABA Book Publishing; June 2021) and “The Young Autistic Adult’s Independence Handbook” (Jessica Kingsley Publishers; November 2021). Her articles have appeared in outlets including the Washington Post, Teen Vogue, and Fast Company.

Annette is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in professional services, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. She specializes in Accessibility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, and people relations. A Human Resources Certified Professional with Undergraduate and Graduate studies in Human Resources, Annette is currently the Accessibility Leader for KPMG.

In this role Annette drives impactful change to improve accessibility and inclusion for partners, employees, and guests. She focuses on retention, engagement, and development of people with disabilities, as well as hiring and integrating new recruits with disabilities.

Annette spearheads the advancement of accessibility in all work environments, implementing leading practices and change agents. She centralizes the accommodations process and increases awareness through effective communication, education, and top-down support. Annette’s strategy aims to positively impact all KPMG members and empower people with disabilities to thrive and advance in their careers.

Annette’s advocacy for people with disabilities includes her time as a Recruiter, Abilities in Motion – BRG Advisory Board Member and Liaison, Disability:IN Corporate Advisory Board, NYC Financial Services Ability Roundtable, NYC Mayor’s Business Development Group, National Labor Exchange Operations Steering Committee, and DirectEmployers Association Board of Directors.

Christian Santillo is the Director, Digital Marketing at Seramount. He is a data-infused, digital-marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in bringing brands to life using digital platforms. His responsibilities at Seramount include oversight of the Seramount website, social media, marketing operations, search engine optimization, and other digital-marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining the Seramount/EAB team, Christian served as Associate Director of Marketing and Communications for Web Communications at his alma mater, College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. In this role, he led the College’s web communications team and provided strategic oversight of the College’s public-facing website and digital ecosystem as well as other digital-marketing strategies and operations, including paid social media and email marketing.

Christian lives in Central Massachusetts and enjoys traveling, hiking, and digital photography, and is an advocate for advancing awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity.

Bhavana Singh (she/her/hers) is a Vice President and Senior Audit Manager in the Internal Audit Department at Goldman Sachs. She is currently leading the Core Engineering Technology audit team and is responsible for Cloud Computing audit coverage.

She joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 2010 and was named as Senior Audit Manager in December 2020. In her prior roles at Goldman Sachs, she was responsible for the Fixed Income Currency and Commodities (FICC)Technology and Consumer Technology audit teams.

Bhavana is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and earned a MS in Information Management from Syracuse University in 2009 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Telecommunications from the Army Institute of Technology in India.
