Kurt Iobst is a passionate advocate and leader for Neurodiversity inclusion and empowerment. As the Global President and co-founder of the Neuroforce BRG at Salesforce, he is dedicated to breaking down barriers, fostering understanding, and paving a path for the neurodiversity community to thrive in society.
A storyteller by nature, Kurt shares his own experiences as a late-diagnosed Autistic professional. Kurt is focused on creating a workspace where differences are celebrated and embraced. He draws on his backgrounds in both education and technology to provide him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the neurodiversity community, as well as the potential they possess to contribute uniquely to the world. He has been a featured speaker at several events, not limited to but including the world’s largest tech conference CES, M-Enabling, Disability:IN, as well as Salesforce’s annual event, Dreamforce.

Jess Kramer is Director, Event Programming at Seramount, developing impactful live experiences that shift mindsets and accelerate inclusion. At Seramount, she leads the content curation and manages programming for Seramount’s annual member and non-member marquee events advocating for diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace. She determines program themes, designs and develops agendas, and identifies, secures, and preps 100+ speakers annually for Seramount’s virtual and in-person conferences that reach audiences of up to 2,000 people each across a wide variety of industries.

Jess is also a writer and public speaker on the topics of neurodiversity and disability inclusion in the workplace. Prior to working in events and management consulting, she worked as a writer, researcher, and editor.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Jess enjoys live music, theater, and dancing; walking dogs at her local animal shelter; escaping the city to hike, kayak, and swim; and traveling around the world.

Morgan Harper Nichols is a bestselling author and award-winning artist whose work explores creative storytelling through visual art and written word. Her books, including the bestselling All Along You Were Blooming and other collections of poetry and illustration, have found a wide and international audience.

She has built a creative community of over a million followers on Instagram, where she shares her art and reflections on creativity, healing, and connection. Morgan is also the creator of the Storyteller app and founder of Garden24, a platform for her visual and written work.

In addition to her creative practice, Morgan is a PhD student in Communication Studies at the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on health narratives within underrepresented communities and the role of digital media in fostering care and shared meaning. She serves on the Board of Directors for To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) and is actively involved in community-based mental health initiatives.

At 31, Morgan was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing disorder, an experience that continues to inform her work and perspective. From and based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, she continues to connect art, research, and community in ways that highlight creativity as a space for understanding, imagination, and meaningful connection.

Noor Pervez is the Community Engagement Manager for the Autistic Self Advocacy Network. Noor has written for the Disability Visibility Project, Rooted in Rights, and NEDA, among others. He has presented at a number of conferences regarding intersections around accessibility, disability, religion and LGBT+ rights. He is on the board for New Disabled South.
