Claudia Allouche serves as the Global Executive Recruiter at SAP Americas, bringing with her a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. With a career spanning over 18 years in the IT and telecommunications industry, Claudia has honed her skills in various leadership roles, making significant contributions to the companies she has worked for.
Previously, Claudia held the position of Corporate Senior Recruiter for Apple, overseeing recruitment efforts in the Americas, covering the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Recruiter for the Latin America & Caribbean Region at Visa, where she played a crucial role in talent acquisition.
Claudia’s career journey also includes her tenure as the Manager and Recruiter for Research In Motion (RIM), the creators of BlackBerry, where she focused on the Latin America Region. Her experience in these diverse roles has equipped her with a solid foundation in business development and executive recruitment.
Claudia’s expertise extends across various facets of the telecommunications IT industry, encompassing marketing, sales, management, and business development. Her executive leadership skills, combined with her in-depth industry knowledge, enable her to conceptualize, communicate, and execute strategies effectively within rapidly growing organizations.
She has also held strategic positions in telecommunications and technology companies like AVANTEL MCI Worldcom, VIA NET.WORKS (ISP Security Broadband Services), and ISAT, where her talents in sales and marketing were instrumental in driving success across the Latin America region.
Claudia is academically accomplished, holding a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Fluent in multiple languages, she possesses a global perspective that enhances her ability to navigate diverse markets.
In her current role as the Global Executive Recruiter at SAP Americas, Claudia continues to excel in the executive recruiting industry, specializing in providing Human Resources Consulting Services to executive firms. Her track record includes successfully placing professionals in leadership positions throughout the United States, Central and Latin America, and Canada.

Richelle Caday (she/her) is an Associate Director on Seramount’s Advisory team, where she guides organizations in designing data-driven inclusion strategies and employee resource group (ERG) initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. She brings extensive experience in ERGs and inclusive talent practices with a DEI-focused lens. Richelle also leads Seramount’s ERG Impact Awards program to recognize ERGs and their leaders for championing best practices that drive measurable impact within their organizations and communities.

Driven by community organizing and social advocacy, Richelle has a strong commitment to uplifting marginalized and underserved communities. Prior to Seramount, Richelle led student development and inclusion programs within higher education student affairs via cultural centers, cultural assemblies, and undergraduate student government. Heavily involved in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) spaces, Richelle has worked for and volunteered with various AANHPI nonprofits and community-based organizations at both local and national levels.

Richelle holds a BA in Psychology and in Nongovernmental Organizations and Social Change from the University of Southern California (fight on!). She is based in Los Angeles, California, where she was proudly born and raised. Richelle enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and going to the beach during her free time.

Nicki Bygd is Manager of Sales Operations at Ardent Mills.  In addition to supporting a high performing sales organization, Nicki is dedicated to helping amplify all voices at Ardent Mills.  During her time in the IT space, she helped to co-found the Ardent Mills Women in Tech (WIT) ERG, which works to energize and enable women’s success in the tech community.  She is now a member of the Leadership Team for Women of Wheat (WOW), which fosters an equitable and inclusive environment through education, networking, and career development​ that supports the growth and success of women across Ardent Mills.
