Event Information

Interrupting bias in the workplace is a collective and ongoing responsibility to build more inclusive awareness, competencies to provide a sense of belonging to all, and leverage individual differences as a competitive advantage. This session will help attendees become more aware of how biases show up in the workplace and disproportionately impact historically excluded talent. Participants will gain mindsets and strategies to recognize and combat biases that get in the way of greater inclusion. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to create commitments to develop a plan of action to mitigate everyday biases in the workplace to drive a positive organizational culture.

This session will be offered again on November 14, 2025.
