Having a workplace with a culture of psychological safety helps employees feel empowered to think outside the box, share ideas, and contribute fully without fear of judgment or negative consequences to their career. This session provides tools to create a culture of belonging that enables authenticity, wellness, engagement, innovation and productivity. Participants will be empowered with strategies to deepen a workplace culture that places psychological safety at the heart of inclusion.
Upon completion of the session, participants will receive a badge of course participation.
