Event Information

Focused on strengthening the impact of Employee Resource Groups and the leaders who guide them, EmERGe 2025 provided a forum for learning, collaboration, and strategic growth. The conference explored how ERGs can drive meaningful organizational change, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and create measurable business value in an increasingly complex environment.

Through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and peer-to-peer networking, attendees examined topics including ERG leadership development, change management, employee engagement, intersectional community building, executive sponsorship, and the evolving role of ERGs in supporting organizational priorities. Participants also explored practical strategies for measuring impact, navigating workplace challenges, and strengthening inclusion efforts across diverse employee populations.

Over two days of programming, ERG leaders, HR professionals, inclusion practitioners, and executive sponsors exchanged ideas, shared best practices, and built valuable connections with peers across industries. EmERGe 2025 equipped attendees with actionable insights and tools to help their employee groups evolve from engagement-focused communities into strategic drivers of organizational success.
