CDOC Spring Summit: Leading New Frontiers in Inclusion: Activating Culture, Talent and Innovation for Impact
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EDT | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM PDT
Event Information
Inclusion is being redefined in real time—shaped by shifting workforce dynamics, increased scrutiny, and rising expectations for measurable impact. Amid this evolving landscape, leading organizations are moving beyond intent to embed inclusion into core business strategy, aligning it with growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. This convening brings together Chief Inclusion Officers and senior leaders to examine how organizations are operationalizing inclusion as a driver of performance, resilience, and long-term value. Across the day, discussions will focus on execution: where strategies are breaking down, how leaders are protecting critical talent pipelines, and how inclusion is being integrated into broader enterprise priorities – including sustainability, innovation, and growth. The program opens with Scott Page, Distinguished Professor at the University of Michigan, on why cognitive diversity remains one of the most underleveraged drivers of better decision-making and business outcomes.
