Tanya Tanis is an Associate Director on Seramount’s Advisory team, where she advises Fortune 500 and global clients on designing data-driven inclusion strategies and employee resource group initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. She brings deep experience leading talent development, engagement, and inclusion programs across industries such as technology, financial services, and life sciences.
Before joining Seramount, Tanya held leadership roles where she built and scaled global DEI strategies, launched mentorship and Returnship programs, and drove measurable gains in employee engagement and representation.
A double alumna of Baruch College—with a BBA in Business Administration and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology—Tanya continues to give back to the Baruch community as an executive mentor with Executives on Campus. A proud New Yorker, she also volunteers as a translator for the New York City Department of Education.
Passionate about cultural exchange, Tanya has taught leadership and English courses in South Korea. Outside of work, she loves traveling the world, sampling unique cuisines, and spending time with her family and her beloved bunny, Benji.
