What High-Impact ERGs Are Doing Differently

Eva is an Associate Director of Partner Development, responsible for helping new partner organizations unlock the value of Seramount’s DEI research and apply it to drive success within their organizations. She brings extensive experience in ERG leadership, DEI curriculum development and facilitation, and team culture building within large, matrixed organizations.

Before joining Seramount, Eva worked with pharmaceutical and medical device companies to address strategic issues such as health equity, AI in healthcare, leadership adaptiveness, and policy implications. She supported this work through consultative relationships and data-driven research.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys traveling—most recently exploring the beauty and traditions of Sri Lanka. She is also an avid supporter of the NY film scene, actively involved in Brooklyn’s cat fostering community, and the proud caretaker of her (too) many plants.

Richelle Caday (she/her) is an Associate Director on Seramount’s Advisory team, where she guides organizations in designing data-driven inclusion strategies and employee resource group (ERG) initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. She brings extensive experience in ERGs and inclusive talent practices with a DEI-focused lens. Richelle also leads Seramount’s ERG Impact Awards program to recognize ERGs and their leaders for championing best practices that drive measurable impact within their organizations and communities.

Driven by community organizing and social advocacy, Richelle has a strong commitment to uplifting marginalized and underserved communities. Prior to Seramount, Richelle led student development and inclusion programs within higher education student affairs via cultural centers, cultural assemblies, and undergraduate student government. Heavily involved in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) spaces, Richelle has worked for and volunteered with various AANHPI nonprofits and community-based organizations at both local and national levels.

Richelle holds a BA in Psychology and in Nongovernmental Organizations and Social Change from the University of Southern California (fight on!). She is based in Los Angeles, California, where she was proudly born and raised. Richelle enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and going to the beach during her free time.

Amber Rorris-Crow is a Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at TE Connectivity She has worked in Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity for 10 years, specializing in Engagement, Project Management, Learning and Development, and Creating Safer Spaces. She is currently the Program Manager for the Inclusion Champion Network as well as the 8 Employee Resource Groups at TE. Her passion is dismantling systems to make way for vulnerability and authenticity in all areas of life.

In addition to her full-time career, Amber is also the Deputy Director of Salem County Pride+, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that promotes education and programming for the LGBTQ+ community in rural Salem County, NJ. In this role, she also serves on the planning committee for the first ever South Jersey PrideFest.

As a queer person entering the corporate world, Amber experienced firsthand the struggles of being safely out at work. This experience and the financial inaccessibility of many career coaching resources led her to found The Queer Career Blog in 2019. Amber enjoys public speaking, training teams on how to embrace equity and inclusion, and working in new environments to bring improvement to existing teams.

Amber is a Philly Native and resides in Woodstown, NJ with her wife, twin girls, and dog. She is an active member of the Friends Meeting of Woodstown. Amber is also a founding member of the Woodstown Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee. In her free time, she enjoys reading mystery novels, doing puzzles, watching trashy reality tv, and riding her Peloton.
