Sharell (Shae) Warren

Sharell (Shae) Warren (she/her) is an Associate Director on Seramount’s Advisory team.
She brings more than a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of people, operations, and workplace culture within the aviation sector.
Sharell believes strong workplace cultures are built through community. She led one of the largest global employee resource groups, advancing employee engagement and community partnerships through initiatives recognized with multiple Diversity Impact Awards.
Her multidisciplinary perspective is shaped by expertise across labor relations, workplace inclusion, and leadership development, guiding her approach to building workplaces where people, culture, and community intersect.
Outside of work, Sharell enjoys discovering new matcha flavors, attending concerts, exploring art, music, and culture, and spending quality time with her family and their Cavapoo, Ricky Raheem.
