Monica Davy is Chief Culture, Belonging and Impact Officer at Vizient, Inc., leading strategy and execution for culture, engagement, belonging, community impact, and corporate responsibility initiatives. Previously, she served as Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion at the National Credit Union Administration, overseeing diversity and EEO standards and Dodd-Frank diversity requirements. Davy brings more than 31 years of experience spanning DEI, belonging, supplier diversity, cultural transformation, EEO, civil rights, and alternative dispute resolution. Earlier, she led DEI efforts at the Internal Revenue Service, served as acting director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s EEO and Diversity Management office, and was a senior trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She holds degrees from Howard University School of Law and George Mason University and serves on the boards of George Mason University, the National Kidney Foundation, and Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School.
