María Cuevas is a Senior Manager for Seramount’s Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative (CDOC), where she designs and delivers executive learning experiences and strategic programming for chief inclusion officers and senior leaders. She specializes in translating research into engaging, practice-oriented experiences that equip senior leaders to strengthen their influence, lead organizational change, and build high-performing workplace cultures.
With more than eight years of experience in employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development, María brings a collaborative and human-centered approach to program design. She works closely with researchers, executives, and cross-functional partners to deliver convenings that foster meaningful dialogue, practical learning, and lasting professional connections.
Prior to joining Seramount, María led employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives in the nonprofit sector, where she helped advance workplace well-being, psychological safety, and belonging through strategic programming and cross-functional partnerships.
María received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.
